- On Campus: Hostel (2-3 persons/per month/per room)
- RM 250 – RM 350 (USD63 – USD88) – affordable, convenient, shared facilities
- Off-Campus: Room at condominium (2-3 persons / per month/per room)
- RM500 – RM1,200 (USD125 – USD300)
- Whole condominium or house / per month:

Students can choose the type of accommodation that best suits their lifestyle and budget. Deposit/advance payment normally required, 1 month or 2 months in advance for off-campus accommodation.
